Ted Tedmon teaches Management, Business Principles, and Digital Literacy courses at North Idaho College and Business Communications at Boise State University. His primary research interests include andragogy, instructional design, and memory formation. Ted studied Strategic Policy and Planning at the Naval War College as well as Management at Troy University.

Casey Wilhelm teaches Digital Literacy for Business, Computer Systems and Business Applications, Introduction to Business, and Principles of Marketing at North Idaho College, Boise State University, and Lewis-Clark State College. His research interests include adult learning, digital instructional design, and cognitive information processing. Casey holds various degrees in Adult and Organizational Learning and M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology.
