In this session, Drs. Loscalzo and Langford will explore the evolving role of augmented (artificial) intelligence in medical education and clinical practice. They will emphasize the importance of highly curated, validated datasets—such as those derived from Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine—to ensure accuracy and reliability.
The discussion will include applications ranging from digital twins to individualized patient care, while also highlighting strategies that encourage independent reasoning and critical thinking in learners.
By the end of the webinar, participants will gain practical insights into how AI can be responsibly integrated into training and practice, enhancing education and patient outcomes while preserving the core principles of sound clinical judgment.
