Dana Thimons is a Librarian in the McGraw Hill User Services department. Prior to joining McGraw Hill, Dana has worked as a health sciences librarian in academic and hospital libraries. Additionally, she completed a one-year fellowship in knowledge management at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. Dana earned a Master of Science in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University.

John Murtagh is Emeritus Professor of General Practice, School of Primary Health Care, Monash University; Professional Fellow in the Department of General Practice, University of Melbourne; and Adjunct Clinical Professor, Graduate School of Medicine, University of Notre Dame. He is the author of several international publications including Murtagh’s General Practice.

In 2019 he was awarded Officer of the Order of Australia for services to medicine and to medical education in the field of General Practice and to professional groups. In 2018 he was awarded the Australian Medical Association’s Gold Medal for exceptional contribution to general practice and advancing the profession through medical education.
